Justin I. Remol has built his practice on the disciplined, considered work that real estate and business disputes demand. Over more than 18 years he has tried, mediated, and appealed cases for regional and national corporations, small businesses, condominium and homeowner associations, contractors, and individual property owners.

He extends his legal services across Destin, 30A, Niceville, and Okaloosa County, with a deep working knowledge of the regional bench, opposing bar, and the practical realities of trying a case on the Emerald Coast.

Justin’s practice is not limited to real estate. He is well-versed in construction litigation, condominium and HOA matters, business and contract litigation, and Florida appellate practice. His clientele is diverse — from regional and national corporations to closely-held businesses, condo associations, contractors, and individual property owners.

He has notable first-chair experience in jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and holds law licenses in both Florida and Georgia.
